Expanding ammo

That's be a nightmare to implement. Inert rounds would become section 1 to stop people pulling the bullets.

inert rounds with an expanding bullet are section 5 at the moment. Inert rounds generally are a bit of a grey area at the moment because they have no status one way or the other in law.

To your sport for starters.

It's not a sport to me.

A sport to me is about someone who competes for gain over another, and that is certainly not something I would do or consider.

My shooting be it clay's, vermin, or just plain target is for my own satisfaction so I gain nothing from anyone, I do not set myself targets when I go out, if I hit 10 pigeon's and then miss 20 who cares, means there's more left the next time I go out, or some for the next guy into the field.

After working for 45 years it's now about "my time" and I am very greatful to those that see that I do need "my time" every now and again where I can sit in a field come rain or shine and do as I wish, it's not sport.

No all ammo sales must be f2f and FAC entry made, but it will mean you can buy the bullet heads online for delivery via the post and ammo delivery for expanding ammo to an RFD will be cheaper as TNT will no longer deliver expanding section 5 ammo so it must go specialist delivery which is expensive I am told.

Apologies. That's what I meant.

Can reloaders now buy the bullet heads online that were previously restricted ? If so when will this come into effect ?

My point still stands. A shooter who supports labour is a traitor to their past time.

You want to chill out.

Not everyone thinks about their political affiliations based on one single issues, some people like to think about the many many issues each party can affect you know.

To many people on here shooting is more than a small thing. The fact that we're on a forum discussing it says it all. Think of how shooting is a way of life to a lot of people. People have gun dogs, special vehicles for shooting etc. Loom at how people on herd live in fear of losing their tickets. If shooting is restricted more, a lot if people's way of life will change. Hell, shooting is my third biggest expenditure after my mortgage and running my car. And I don't shoot anywhere near as often as people on here.

I do have a bee in my bonnet, it doesn't help that where I live now, people have no idea about politics. But they know they vote labour. It's sad. People should open their eyes. I am a tory member, but I won't necessarily vote for them if I prefer a different MP or party. Unfortunately a lot of labour voters aren't like that.

That last paragraph I agree with completely, but it's not worth getting upset about mate as it don't change anything. :)
