ElvisThePelvis
Im looking for a fairly low cost start to .243 which will only be used on fox and the odd deer on my permission now and again. The above looks a fairly good bet for £500 ish, any real world reviews or comments? Thanks
Dougy
I have an old banger in 30.06 can't fault it. Put some rounds through it and serves me well.

flynny
I've had them in 223, 243 and now 308, the synthetic stalkers They have all shot PPU in inch groups at 100yds, For 500 notes brand new with a spare magazine and threaded for a mod, I have no qualms, ( I could have spent a lot more on my rifles) But to me my gun is for shooting ,it's a tool, just like a hammer, The A bolt does its job, Flynny Edited January 24, 2017 by flynny
r620521
I was looking at getting an A-bolt as I like the feel of my mate's A-Bolt 2 however I ended up buying a new Howa for £425 including rails and hard case which was a bargain I just couldn't pass up.
