HDAV
Corsa are well known for heater controls failings buy a replacement control set and when you remove the old it will be obvious why it wasn't working... It's probably not the matrix http://www.heaterblowerresistor.co.uk/vauxhallopelcorsadheaterresistor.html Hmm was thinking 2006 would be a "d" If it's one of the last "c" then not sure but had this issue on an 08 "d" Edited March 19, 2017 by HDAV

Royboy
I've found the only way to get the heaters back hot on a corsa c is to change the Heater matrix, First though try taking the pipes off going to matrix and flushing through with a hose pipe, swapping which way you flush every so often. Royboy
thanks for that mate, going to change the matrix this weekend,do you know if its a big job? They are a little bit fiddly, reattaching the pipes is the hardest part
HAYBURN
As above disconnect the hoses to the heater matrix and connect a garden hose and see if you can flush water through it. if water runs through the matrix then you are looking for another problem, water should run out the other end of the matrix very easily NOT UNDER PRESSURE I'm sure there is a heater valve somewhere in the pipes in the bulk head
