arm3000gt
I have around 300 or so empty Eley Kynoch paper cases. Some have corrosion some not. I have read a few threads about some are collectable with certain makers names etc. I think based on the info I've read these are about 40 years old. They measure 65mm no markings on the cases at all. I was going to load them and use them. Before I do is there anyone who needs some of these for their collection or are these ones not collectable? figgy
Try and get a load that mimics what your used to shooting. I bought a box of lyalvale paper case carts for the Boxing Day shoot, they were useless with me behind the butt. Swapped back to dark storms and normal service resumed. Feltwad
Providing they have been kept in a dry place and not swelled they will be OK to load for some guns old hammer guns are the best but autos will give problems ejecting them .I load all of my paper cases with black powder with a rolled turnover for use in my sxs shotguns Feltwad
arm3000gt
Ok thanks for help/tips. I will be buying a cheap sxs and was going to keep them just for use in that gun. I'll try and remember to update this thread when I get round to finally loading them.
