Until the reality of it dawned and I scratched it or got some mud on the stock . Can you imagine the tears if you slipped over on the mud and snapped that beautiful stock. A gun is such a simple mechanical device that getting a cheap guns triggers and balanced by a good gunsmith will make it smooth as a top end gun model.
