Paulw3012
Hi there to you all fellow shooters. As I'm new to the scene,I have a question which I'm sure is easily answered. As much as I know you always keep your eye on the clay rather than the bead but when breaking a crosser do you still focus on the clay or try and look in front of it to judge the amount of lead. Seadog1408
I do maintained lead or follow and push depending on the clay/distance/speed, but to try and answer your question, I have the clay in my peripheral as I gauge and maintain the lead. Smokersmith
You're pretty much on the money .... "Keep your eye on the clay" Hard focus on the clay, and rely on your subconcious to generate the right amount of lead. Very difficult to do this in the early stages of starting shooting .... but if you can ignore your barrel you'll progress much quicker. Not sure many will back up the "clay in peripheral" view.
