As you know OJW I don't know much about these things so I am still uncertain as to what the plant is. My own wild stab is that it is a hybrid of some sort with Spanish bluebell as one of the parents. Haha ok, I will wait and see! I hope you find out because I spent ages googling "flower that looks like a bluebell" in vain.
