Reparing wellies, neoprene lining coming loose?

I have some Aigle ISO Parcours which have served me well for 4 or 5 years. They are still in great nick, except where the neoprene lining is just starting to come away in places at the top of one of the boots. Is their a particular adhesive which will fix this, or another way of repairing them?

Superglue will adhere neoprene to rubber, and if the required repair site is not in an area constantly wet and/or submerged in water it should be fine, if it is subject to wet and/or submerged in water, then as others have said aquasure is a better bet!
