bigmcg
Does anyone have a subscription to Apple Music? Thinking about trying it rather than buy a new iPod. Is it good/bad? Better or worse than Spotify, Deezer etc? Thanks, bigmcg
evolution380
I had a 3 month free trial. Initially it was very good as you go through a process of identifying songs you really like / like / dislike etc. it makes a daily playlist based on your preferences which you can continue to express your feelings towards for further development. At first brilliant it seemed to suggest songs and generate random playlists with songs I hadn't heard in forever but this soon wore off and seemed to run out of ideas and i just got bored of it and stopped using it and always found myself using my spotify account instead. I did find it awkward at first to understand how to make music available offline etc. on Apple Music but eventually got the concept of it. Despite this I just didn't find it as easy to use as Spotify and got fed up of it, so I've literally just cancelled the trial and now just use Spotify for the car, work etc. and soundcloud occasionally for newer stuff as I like certain mixes not put on Spotify etc. Edited July 24, 2017 by evolution380
washerboy
As above, easy to use but I soon get bored. I use it for a few months then cancel it. Down side is then your music disappears and is never yours
