JD140
I've been using the same net for nearly 20 years and it's getting really tatty. I think the make of it was 'Realtree', but it's so long ago even the shop I bought it from has now closed. It really does work great, its a light beige on one side and a darker green on the other, my only criticisms would be it isn't the easiest net to see through and it ain't that tough, you have to be very careful or it just tears. Also, it could do with being a little longer. Anyone suggest a good modern alternative, quite big, good to look through and useable all year? Cranfield
The various Stealth Nets are very popular and many still prefer the MoD style nets, or combine the both. One advantage with the Mod Type, is that the scrim is easy to replace, or thicken up.
Stonepark
If you can get it, my favourite is ACU Digital camo net (sometimes sold as Killer Kammo) all year round as back side is lighter than front. Ideal for edges of crop fields as lighter than traditional scrim netting.
JD140
Any ideas about A1 Decoy's 3 ply net? Not the cheapest but gets good reviews!!!
vampire
3d leaf cut off the bay, brown ish one side and green ish the other, tough as old boots.Lasted me years till the mice got in my kit bag and ate a whole through the middle, had to really look to see hide against the hedge row. Now bought a 3m oxford camo net, cheap large but not as good quality as the 3d,it does the job though
