Fisherman Mike
The bird in the photo is in fact having a quick nap.. I had some ornamental Pigeons when I was a lad.. German tumblers.. Ptarmigans etc and also kept a couple of Woodies which fell out of a nest in high winds... They used to nap, eyes shut, quite a lot... One of them in fact lived for 8 Years.. As all birds have eyelids I would imagine that they all blink.. With respect to the realistic decoys of the photo which readers of the forum are requesting I have some available at £ 25.00 for four including P&P. They are incredibly lifelike.... But do tend to smell a bit after 4 or 5 days... FM
