wingnut
The new project arrives today, been looking to restore a bike again for the past few years and due to one thing or another i have put it on hold, going to do a sympathetic restoration, not to mad, but it s the 1st proper Suzuki i have ever owned, has any one else had these, is there any thing i need to watch out for, all the research on the net seems to say they are pretty bullet proof apart from the alternator / rectifier. any help greatly appreciated. hodge911
smart looking old ride there matey ........................ if I remember correctly the carbs were a soft spot and needed regular balancing I think a few people I knew cobbled the slabside carbs onto them but if your just going to lightly restore / bring back to it prior glory I would just get them ones ultrasonic cleaned and balanced Edited May 5, 2018 by hodge911 spellin correction

Paddy Galore!
I like, race ya mono shock links can wear, but with anything 30+ yrs old, they're gonna need something or other. I had the little brother to that, very buzzy little 550 motor, the 750 has more grunt
