starlight32
So far we have a shot count of 7847 pigeons Assuming 70% of that figure of birds would have made breeding pairs= 5493/2=2747 Assuming 2 eggs per pair with a survival rate of 80%=4395 Pigeons 5493 adults + 4395 young= 9888 Pigeons removed Crop analysis Assuming an adult moraltiy rate of 20% = 7910 pigeons Eating an average of 5 oz of crops per day = 39552 oz= 11696.69 Kilos Thats over 11.2 tonnes of crops per day everyday from the figure just we have eradicated countrywide!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whitebridges
Good work. Without pigeon shooters keeping them in check the damage they cause would be a hell of a lot worse. It's bad enough as it is.
