Dave-G
I've recently seen a few images of a statue with a soldier holding the butt end of a rifle with the muzzle on the ground. I'm wondering if the rested rifle being inverted represents it being no longer needed at the end of the war? Every time I've seen it shared on FB I ask about it but dont get any replies from anyone. Am I being naive about something - or just plain pedantic?

Zapp
The Reverse Arms drill movement inverts the weapon and is used to pay respects or signal mourning.
