Floating Chamber
Remember, British 'cartridge manufacturers' are no more than 'packers' of imported components. (Some stamp out fibre and card wads and make near enough round shot) but all shell cases and the best shot and wads are made abroad. The British shell packing industry face crippling rising costs and increasingly 'over the top' H&E rules (possibly with a sinister hidden agenda) and it's Hats Off to our cartridge companies for keeping the prices down. Believe me, if you knew the real profit margin on a cartridge you'd wonder how some stayed in business. Support the 'British' Cartridge industry! (By the way, look out for head/base-wad/case separation on some Spanish cases )
Emmsy
well ive been shooting for about 17 years and the only problems ive had have been with gamebore and eley, eley vips with low seated primers and gmaebore clear winner fibres which seemed to have the wad fitted sideways. never complained just bought something different. been shooting FOB mondials now for about the last 4 years and have never had a single problem yet probably the best cartridges ive used

I am also shooting FOB Mondials now, having switched from Express a year or so ago. They're a very good shell, the only problem I've got is that nowhere locally to me stocks them, and I have to buy direct in bulk from Haggis at West Country Guns, and whilst I get them at a very good price, he charges for delivery. Emmsy
what sort of money are you paying for them cat?? pm me if you dont want to publish on here i started shooting with them about 4 years ago after shooting loads of soveriegns and vips, imo the kills are better and ive found no need to use any other cartridge even for shooting pigeons, they hit hard!
