Millomite
Footage from my new shotkam of 100 sporting clays at Cumbria Clay Ground near Southwaite Services on Sunday https://youtu.be/ycJcFn0Hae8
martinj
Very interesting, I watched the whole thing and felt that I was shooting at times. What do you think of it? do you think it can help improve your shooting?
figgy
I think they help.you understand what your doing g wrong on certain targets. When you think why didn't that break it all looked and felt right.
Millomite
I think I will be able to use it in terms of shooting targets I struggle with. Say shoot ten of them. Go and review footage. See where I’m going wrong and then go shoot another ten and see if I improve
figgy
You will have seen where you were going wrong on some. That looks like a nice ground to shoot with some great topography. I will have to have a run over in the spring with some mates.
martinj
did you find yourself overthinking the targets because you knew you were filming?
Scully
Thanks for posting; really enjoyed that. Had to smile at the 'crippled rabbit'; dead easy to miss, and a mate and me once stood and watched a bloke miss each one! It's a good layout in my opinion. Good to watch. 👍 Would like a shotkam, it not only shows where you have missed, but also reveals much of your technique. For example you appear to shoot mostly maintained lead, which is a technique I've never been comfortable with, preferring mostly a swing through technique. Plus I would love to relive in slow motion those days I get in a hide. 🙂 I heard there was talk of a club at MIllom, is that correct? There’s one every week on the Coast Road near Barrow
