monkeyjaimz
I made my first sale of bunnnies bagged with my S200 today. Went out last night with Stink£r to break-in and blood his new TX (lovely gun) and bagged myself 3 fat bucks. Gutted, skinned and cleaned up = £1.50 a head. Im well impressed with that result, coneys on my permissions have an even bigger reason to be afraid now I also had a word with the butcher about producing bunny burgers to sell in his shop, a prospect he's very interested in, looks like we're on to a winner there Tim me old shiner! Wookie
Nice one! It's always good to get that feeling of having made money off something you love doing and I really look forw2ard to the day that I can do the same thing with pigeons and rabbits of my own! Stealth Stalker
Its great when you've got a reliable outlet for your un wanted bunnys, my butcher takes em off my hands for a quid a throw. The bunny moneys up to £115 now Thats being saved for a new addition to the armoury, all paid for by rabbits SS

Mark M
A quid each is not a lot to show for all the hard work and effort you put in, How much is the butcher marking on them?
cole890
maybe not much but its better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick isn't it?
Markio
I haven't sold anything I've shot (shotgun so unlikely for rabbits) but if you can claw back the ammo costs then you've made yourself a free day out and a bit of sport. What more can you ask?
rowland75
Im looking to try and sell a few on as I cant bare to leave them to rot. I have enough in the freezer for me, and still have more to clear. If selling is viable then I'll give it a go. Is there a recognised size/weight for sale? monkeyjaimz
I sell them skinned and gutted to the butcher for £1.50 and he sells them for £2.50 which is fine by me. Considering all my rabbits are taken with a single head shot from an air-rifle my costs are pretty low and theres no damage to the meat As for size, I wouldnt bother taking him anything less than two thirds grown really
