team tractor
Last night I thought I’d empty my game drawer in my freezer and make a few pies. teal, widgeon, mallard , pigeon, rabbit, pheasant and partridge. My 9 year old son browned off all the meat on his own and placed it all in a pan with a few stock cubes for an hour. my lad peeled the veg too and he really enjoyed it. we added spuds, carrots, onions, red peppers and threw it all together in the oven and it was superb. Way to go . I made a batch of pigeon and chiritzo pies at the weekend sloe cooked the meat for 4 hours then put in pie dish with crust. Cannot understand people who shoot and dont like to eat the end product. Blackpowder
