Bitches will come into season throughout their lives. If she has been in season recently and appears to have come in again it is worth having her checked urgently at the vets. Pyometra an infection of the uterus most often occurs after a season. Nearly lost our GSD from this. She ended up having an emergency spay and lots of expensive treatment.
