DUNKS
Hi. Where do you get your black powder from? I called in at Clay and game last year and got some but I am almost out now and would like somewhere nearer to Notts Derby. Any suggestions. I have considered the shooting show. But they don't like to take black powder.
bruno22rf
Used to get mine from Peter Starley in Warwick - shouldn't be too far from you and he is well worth a visit - few years back since I went though.

I think he has moved. Did go once, that was enough but thanks anyway.
BADGER.BRAD
http://www.reloading.org.uk/black_powder.htm Black powder is very easy to make yourself just do a search on Youtube. As far as I am aware you need an explosives license for genuine black powder. Sporting supplies at Bloxwich near Walsall west mids also do powders but I'm not sure if it is Genuine Black Powder. http://sportingsupplies.co.uk/contents/en-uk/d116.html And an interesting article on Black powder licenses https://www.shootinguk.co.uk/guns/ammunition/black-powder-licences-72074 Edited January 26, 2020 by BADGER.BRAD spell

shakin stevens
Henry kranks at leeds is your best bet. Ring up first mind to order as they dont store the powder on the premises. Shop is next to a petrol station so they store the powder at a different location .
