Demonic69
Hi All Do any of you gents know, or could any of you measure, the thread and pitch of a Bisley/PH style bronze brush thread please? The one's I've got, and subsequently made my pull-through for, are a Euro thread. The Bisley/PH seem much wider diameter (respectively) but are much easier and cheaper to get hold of! Centrepin
I have nothing to measure with, but if you're stuck, I'm in Sheffield. Call in I have a couple of different sizes, one being Bisley.

Centrepin
The others are a narrower thread, bought from Ebay, no idea how common. I just wanted a cheaper version to put in my shooting bag.
JohnfromUK
Diameter approx 7.35 mm (0.29") Approx 1.0mm pitch, or 25 t.p.i. (similar to 0BA in pitch, but not diameter) Just now, JohnfromUK said: Diameter approx 7.35 mm (0.29") Approx 1.0mm pitch, or 25 t.p.i. JohnfromUK
I believe the "Parker Hale" type is officially 9/32" x 26 t.p.i. which is part of the (very old now) British Standard Brass thread series. The 0.410 version is different being 7/32 x 26 t.p.i. The US version is 5/16th x 27 pitch (and takes Parker Hale brushes a bit loosely), and the metric version M8.
