Danger-Mouse
Tried this last night, very nice and so easy to make. Ingredients: 220gm self raising flour 245gm plain Greek yoghurt Mix ingredients together until a dough is formed then roll it flat. That's it! markm
I do similar for flatbreads. 3 table spoons yoghurt 5 table spoons of plain flour salt / pepper Roll out as thin as you can, should give you around 5.

Funnily enough a mate was asking me if I knew of a flatbread recipe. I'll give that one a try.
Diver One
That's interesting! Full fat or reduced fat yoghurt? I assume it just takes the standard 10 mins ish at about 200°C?

Cooked mine in a slow cooker but yeah I would think 10-12 mins would about do it.
