shootthepigeon Posted August 28, 2020 Report Share Posted August 28, 2020 The flue from a fire would be getting hotter than a boiler flue for instance, as the boiler will be running through the secondary heat exchanger, as a balanced flue from a fire will be running far hotter as passing straight from the combustion area to atmosphere.
