Can you just freeze them? What's the method for preparation? Cheers
Walker570
Yes, we are freezing alot for the winter months. I have a vaccuum packer which makes a good job and the only thing to remember with any plum species. Cook them directly from the freezer. Do not let them thaw or they will turn a nasty black/brown colour. You can even make jam with them straight from the freezer. I have just put a large bag full in the freezer for a friend who is away and not able to jam them up until next week.
