Applied on 11th April

had the interview on the 22nd September

Wiltspaniel had his interview few days before me and had cert arrive last week!

That don’t mean a thing mate, Pops applied same day as me in October and again on the 4th April, I had my interview day before him and he got his cert 7 weeks before me. Think his was 6 weeks post interview mine was 13-14 weeks.
The wait is agonising! At least they say they’ll have caught up by Xmas you have a date to work towards 😂

Caught up by Xmas? That sounds like a national review coming where Hampshire want to maintain their force lead status on many things firearms wise. Glad to hear they’re resourced again!

ollie, cases go out to feo’s so it’s not ‘fair’ in the sense of first come first served. The person before you may be taking up a lot of time.

Now been advised after phoning them that they aren’t dealing with grants at the moment and only renewals….the wait continues!

Been there done that, it's a royal pain in the backside.

Depending on where you are in Hampshire and if you want to clay shoot I have some spare bang sticks I can bring with me if you fancy it. It's not the same as having your own licence I appreciate, but it's still shooting

All I ask is you buy your own clays and cover the cost of carts that you use 🙂
