Mr.C
Gentlemen, I'd like to make myself a palm rest for my 410 without drilling holes in the stock. Most of it I can make but I will need a piece of walnut 40x10x400mm finished size. Can anyone help?

Mr.C
I'm sure that'd be fine. The important thing would be cutting it to the dimensions. I have no woodworking tools. Pm me with price.

Is this the sort of thing you are going to be making 🤔.. Edited February 13, 2022 by gamekeeper1960
Mr.C
I can sand it but to be honest if its slightly thicker it won't be a problem. Its the width and length that will be more critical. @TIGHTCHOKE it's a 410 classic and I don't want to drill extra holes in the stock I'll use the sling stud and a longer stock bolt. Do you want it a tad wider as well if so I don't mind shaping it so all you will have to do is drill the holes.. PM me your details and I'll happily send it to you.... DB... Mr.C
14 mins from request to solution, PW helps out again! @ditchman A palm rest is an additional shelf bolted under the stock. Helpful for standing and kneeling shots. Especially useful for old fat blokes competing in hft competitions.
