infected rabbit?

Hi, i was out shooting last night and got 3 bunnys, but one was infected with somthing , i couldnt tell if it was mixy or not because it got hit in the eye, all the infections around the mouth, all the other rabbits are fine and healthy, any one got any idea what this is?

Sniffles, which is an upper respiratory tract bacterial infection. If it's just around the mouth and nose that's what it will likely be

 

The sores and lesions which mixy causes are very similar but will usually be evident elsewhere, especially round the eyes.

I seen some rabbits like that it is definatly Myxomatosis.. It effects rabbits usually with the eyes swollen up etc, but they also get lumps like that al over the body.

i thought that , and i think it was a mixy rabbit that mabey survived it because it looked fine through the scope,the eyes wasnt swollen up or anything.

But i think your right and it might of been the virus just starting?
