Well I was in Weston buying some .25 pellets and talking gun's as you do, the guy in the shop told me of an old Webley classic he had for sale and asked if I would have a look to help rate its condition as we were talking about old classics we had owned, I rated it as a solid 9-9.5 much as he did, then I asked the price, it was good! so I thought it would be kind of silly not to as I like carbines and not had a Webley rifle for years. Once home I gave it a basic strip (stock off) still had factory grease in there so a light oil and wipe through on the bore and on to some shooting, it has a nice weight and balance, a smooth stock nicely formed with cheek piece's for both handed shooting, good for me as I mainly shoot left handed, and even with some very poor plinking pellets accuracy was pleasing, the trigger is rather good little bit of creep but  the brake is crisp and easy to judge, also no safety on these so you can de-cock and really its not needed, so over all most pleased! its a very nice, simple, potent little number! (pic's to follow cos we all love pic's)

When the model first came out I got a .177 for my youngest son. We had a few squirrels and rabbits with it, but he lost a bit of interest in it and it was used very little. Still in immaculate condition I sold it to someone on this forum.

I will be moving on some of my guns but not this one, the brum made Webleys are very nicely turned out. The condition, smooth stock and short barrel all make this a keeper.
