Anybody else have this ?

When doing a series link recording, say last week was S2 Ep3, the next recording might be S1 Ep1.

I have also noticed programs described wrong to what is actually shown.

I was offered by Sky to upgrade to Sky Q, but read somewhere it is just a ploy to offload refurbished apparatus, and Sky Q is not as good as it is supposed to be.

I've had it where it randomly records like you say but I think hitting series you also get the re runs. So say something airs on a Thursday but is shown again Saturday, it may record both the first and second airing

All these issues with our Q box. If I'd read the sky faceache page before I signed up, I doubt I'd have signed up.

they phoned us up a couple of times about going with sky q, the last sentence was you can have netflix free for 18 months, my immediate reaction was how much after 18 months they said about 5-99 a month, i said no thanks .Anyway someone said you can cancel the netflix when the 18 months is so to cut a long story short next time they phoned i went through how much it was going to be and in the end i got sky q with an extra box that works off wifi for £10 less than i was paying at the time. Had no problems with it and got a free wi fi booster box thrown in.

 For me it was the best deal and it works just fine.
