AFAIAA there is nothing stopping you taking a shotgun on a bus to or from a place of legal shooting or to a RFD etc as long as the gun is in a cover but you really need to speak to the BUS company about their policies!

Some will tell you it's a NO but you should still ask for a copy of their policies and flick through yourself.

Most will not allow the likes of Paint or Flamable liquids onboard and of course Explosives and as Shotgun carts come under the explosives heading then the carrying of Ammo will infringe that policy.

If in doubt ring the bus depot and ask for clarification!!
