  2. http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...showtopic=49245 You've already answered your own question
  3. Try telling that to my poor passat last year!
  4. Think there is a bug in the system, I had 14 posts today (record ), now I'm not even showing. Oops another post
  5. Only the admin and mods can remove posts, just had a look at the top 20 posters, you have 45 posts (11:18), this afternoon you had over 60 so dont know whats going on there
  6. No need to cut your skirting board, stick it on top, mine passed, I will give £1000 to anyone who can remove it!
  7. Try just cartridges, I take it you want 1000 carts? Delivery is £15, so you will be looking at £160 ish maybe more.
  8. As said above it means stiff when opening up, unlike mine which is ridiculously tight, can just about open the damn thing. You have to crack it over your knee to open it  closing it gets a bit dangerous
  9. In order to be granted bail he had to hand in his cert. Dont worry fellas he's one of us give him bail he wont do anything...............even though he's just killed his wife and dumped her in the garage!
  10. It depends on what type of shooting your taking part in (I take it thats what you want them for). I use the Radians cease fire plugs when on a shoot. If your on the clays use a set of over ears as this protects the bones around the ears not just the ones inside.
  11. Just watched Louis Theroux and there was a guy on there that had 12 convictions for burglary and torture, he got over 500 years plus 11 life sentences!!!!!!! Over here you would get 4-5 years for the burglary if that, and probably another 5 years for the torture. It seems a bit OTT, if your going to give that amount of time behind bars why not say life with or without parole? And if your interested the torture was holding someones head under water until they divulged what he wanted to know.
  12. So if I chucked the bird in the bin do I still have to scare it before its shot??
  13. How did you guess, trying to catch you up It may be worth the shop owner talking to his local firearms force and ask them, its 50/50, technically the gun belongs to the guy who didn't pay for it, but then again it wasnt paid for hence the 50/50  I'm sure the gunshop knows what they are doing and where to go next, I would like to hope so anyway!
  14. The shop filled in the fac so he has bought it but not paid for it. Otherwise they could lose thier RFD ticket for letting someone take a firearm unlisted on the fac. Ref first post "The owner filled all the details out on his fac. Then the so called friend said he hadn't got the money on him.Could he drop it in the next day.Which the owner agreed to as this has happened before and he had always came back as promised." Tony So the gunshop filled in the guys fac?
  15. I dont think it is theft, its a bit like going to ASDA and saying do you have any pies for sale, they dont but they will in a few hours. So you say I will pick them up when ready, you haven't paid a deposit or the full amount, no money has exchanged hands. He is not in possession of an illegal firearm as he hasn't purchased (no money exchanged) nor has he the gunshop signed the gun over.
  16. Its turning out to be an interesting game. Worth watching if your not doing anything :o
  17. Doubt it, thats why you should always ask for a deposit.
  18. I'm sure it would have been big news if he had his ticket revoked in the area, maybe a bit of common sense would have prevented this. remember the murder happened over a year ago so everyone would have known especially the ground owner!
  19. Had his ticket revoked after he was accused of murder. Wonder where he got the gun from, if he borrowed the shotgun from the club they must have known his ticket had been revoked and why was he found outside the grounds with the shotgun??? Something not quite right there.
  20. This is the point webber made, if you are into clays then sign up with the CPSA, if you shoot live quarry join BASC. CPSA - Protection for your sport - the CPSA liaises closely with the BSSC, Police and the Home Office. In my opinion CPSA does a lot more than BASC, read all the points in my first post. BASC: Free colour magazine every 8 weeks Free firearms legal helpline Firearms appeals advice Free shoot management helpline Free shootfinder service £10 million 3rd party insurance cover* £10 million employer liability cover* £10 million product liability cover*
  21. Thanks for the input but I just read all that on their site. Still don't see where the change will be spent... Your paying for the insurance, the pull mag, clubs, badge etc, thats it.
