TIGHTCHOKE Posted May 22, 2023 Report Share Posted May 22, 2023 I am in the middle of a refund issue at the moment. Seller initially replied to my requests and then went quiet. When I escalated it to eBay to investigate they found in my favour and sent a lable. I boxed the item better than he sent it and placed it in the hands of the Royal mail. Surprise, surprise, the useless seller failed to inform eBay. I have just done so and the full refund is on its way and my poor but honest feedback is now winging its way in to the system.
