Tower Air Fryer

Just thought I would say how impressed I am with the tower customer services, we have a 9litre dual draw fryer and a little while back one of the draws started giving a E1 error and cutting out, so took a photo of it and emailed Tower with attached photo and copy of receipt and warranty ID, auot reply said allow five days for reply due to busy customer services, no problem I thought, five day later email back saying please stop using fryer and cut the lead off 1cm from machine and send photo to Tower and they will send a new fryer. Sure enough less than 36hrs a new fryer is on the doorstep.

Very pleased with there response no fuss and no delay except the five days at the start and I was informed they were very busy so no issue.

And sausage for dinner last night.
