old'un Posted August 10, 2023 Report Share Posted August 10, 2023 (edited) Yep, and there's that much stubble now the pigeons are spread far and wide, the rape stubble was a complete washout here and the fields have now been sown. Thinking about it, one of the rape fields I drove past was power harrowed last week and yesterday there was drill going up and down it, it could be wheat but it seems a little early for wheat, ill stop and have look next time I’m out. old'un Posted August 10, 2023 Report Share Posted August 10, 2023 yep, take your brolly as it looks as if its going to be wet, mind you, you should have plenty to go at as the combines have been doing over time the last two days and you wont be plagued with thunder bugs like I was yesterday, bloody things get everywhere.
