Mud
Hi everyone, I have a Gunroom and saddlery hushpower moderator and I want to fit it to a semi auto. I have a choice between an armsan A612, a Baikal MP153 or an old franchi Hunter. All are ‘used’ and belong to a mate who’s an RFD. I will need to cut the rib back, I could do with some advice there as well, but I thought I’d ask which one to chose or if anyone has any experience with a moderated auto please? Thanks
jall25
They always say Mud that it wont cycle an auto properly Maybe ask your gunsmiths opinion on that
Weihrauch17
They supply one that screws into your choke thread, no need to cut anything.
Ultrastu
I have a saddlery and gunroom moderator on my armsan a620 It's a choke fit version .it works very well and very reliably .a mod on the end of a sa. Doesn't effect the cycling of the bolt . Also a gas operated sa. Is the best place to put a mod as it will naturally be quieter than the equivalent pump action . Cutting your rib is possible and won't effect the barrel .
