ditchman Posted November 20, 2023 Report Share Posted November 20, 2023 i dont do scatch cooking everyday..........just too much of a faff.....every now and then iget an expensive micro dish out of the co-op freezer..(this on was about £5 quid).......but when you add up the scratch cost its not to bad ..and there is no left over vedge waste............i justbadded a bit of extra red wine to it ..Beef Bouginon.....with boiled puds and sprots and redcurrant jelly........... went down a treat with a few glasses of Girl Petrol.... oh ...i gave the bay leaf a pilots liecence Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Beef bourguignon [650g], Potato Dauphinoise [450g] and a starter or desert, all three for £12. A saving of approx £6, and it's delicious 😋 Must add that this is a current offer and not sure when it expires.
