Bit gay today

just fancied a homemade salad...did the shrimps with mayonnaise...cayenne pepper...little bit of tom sauce..and a few drops lea&perrins...........i got the iceberg lettuce the other day and chopped the bottom off and removed the outer leaves and left it in fresh water overnight....it was super crisp the next day

chopped up a boiled egg for the potatoe salad..lots of pepper and some onion

Start with a little; the 'cream of horseradish' are reasonably tame, but 'hot horseradish' can easily dominate on shellfish.  Lemon juice can be nice in the sauce as well - especially with milder fish.
