Spartan customer service A++

I have a Spartan bipod that came with an hmr setup I bought, had it a few years now and the top kept coming loose while out in the field, so if I let go of the rifle while laying prone ( hmr, 243,270) it would fall to one side and has actually fallen over, rather than being held in place by the bipod, Which as you all will know is not good, and pants were changed...

Contacted Spartan last week and sent an image of the lock mech stating that it kept coming loose in the field. On Thursday the service chap emailed saying we have a solution and it's on its way.. fast forward to today and a new top piece has arrived, fitted and it's solid.. 

I cannot fault the service, two emails and a free replacement part was sent out with no questions asked.
