CaptC
A very old, bone handled knife with two blades and a clipper (cigar?) made by Wade and Butler of Sheffield circa WW1 Blades obviously have wear but as they say, commensurate with age. The clippers have a small pushover button that frees the spring lever which springs open. I have never seen one of these before. £50 posted thanks

Mable
How strange, my grandfather had one, lived and worked in Sheffield. Prior to retirement he worked at Andrews Toledos on Neepsend, before that other steel works. He used his as a pruning knife, curved blade for cutting, I remember him always using it one handed cutting towards himself against his thumb and telling me not too 🙄 the clippers he used on plants, flowers and small branches. I saw him use it on rose bushes many times. He was famous for his roses and fruit trees. He was the first man in Sheffield to grow a peach tree that yielded fruit. In which case, you should buy it in memory of your Grandfather. Make Paul an offer he cannot refuse
