AYA Model 117

Recommended Posts

I previously had this gun up in my clearing out cabinet post, I did some digging around for more information and took further pictures and measured the length of pull (I was asked this a lot, so apologies to a lot people I did not reply to). I have changed the price to reflect what it actually is.

This is an AYA Model 117 Sidelock from around 1958- I have had the importers do a model check and they have confirmed this information for me.

Good overall condition for age (expect some marks its getting old!)

LOP- 14.5"

30" barrels

Double Trigger

Extractor

I think it will be 2 3/4" chambers (not much chance is 3")

No idea what the Choke is

Barrels are quality, I cannot see any pitting, same goes for the chambers, bluing is good condition with no rust, odd small scratches, straight rib (the best lol)

Nothing major on the stock and in a lovely overall condition with rare option of a pistol grip, fore end has had some kind of repair to the diamond (never bothered me my hands cover that).

Located Stourbridge, Dudley, West Midlands

Price now Lowered

£500
