Eyefor
Is it just me or does everything these days seem to take an argument to resolve? "Computer says no" seems to be the norm - as does dire and unbelievably diabolical "Customer Service" . "We will ring you back" is as insincere as a New Yorkers "have a nice day" and, in reality, means nothing. The below website is in the public domain and the information is free to use listing the names, email address and other contact details for UK CEO's (there is a worldwide list also). Being rude won't help, neither will a lengthy tirade - but a short explanation of the problem and request for assistance to appoint someone with sufficient authority to resolve the issue has worked for me. https://www.ceoemail.com/ Hope this is of use. Gordon R
Used it many, many times. I bypass customer services and start at the top.
