marsh man Posted 5 hours ago Report Share Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Tonight It was back to using up what was lying about , I had some Parsnips , Organic carrots , White cabbage that was tasteless , Fresh cauli , Fresh sprouts , A reduced packet of two Chicken breast's and a jar of Sweat And Sour that was a month out of date , still it made a tea up , tomorrow night I am out for drinks and eats from where I worked so Thursday I might do the Pheasant breasts , I seem to be handling a lot of breasts lately Edited 5 hours ago by marsh man Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Warming yes , but the White cabbage was tasteless and the chicken didn't have a great deal of taste neither although the sauce helped a bit. I also bought of all things , A Guinea Fowl , not sure if I have ever tried one , we will no doubt soon find out , and believe it or not it didn't even cost a Guinea . marsh man Posted 4 hours ago Author Report Share Posted 4 hours ago 6 minutes ago, ditchman said: you will like guinea fowl.....totally agree with you about white cabbage (its ok fr coleslaw)...and some of the chicken breast ive had recently ....are like you say tasteless I got the cabbage from Meale's at Stalham on Sunday , wasn't even alright , I won't be buying another one , them little Green pointed ones from M + S are nice and only cost about 85p each , I am also glad I didn't buy the Chicken breast for my Christmas dinner , part of the fault was my lack of taste bud but it just tasted very plain , as I got two free coffees and a few bargains then I couldn't complain , anything meat wise that I don't eat then my dog coat will end up looking like varnish .
