Houseplant
I cooked fush & chups for my family and the inlaws today. Came out well if I say so myself and always better if it's fish you've caught yourself.

Houseplant
Thanks. Fish was snapper, a larger version of your sea breams. We do a lot of fancy stuff like sashimi, but this is a favourite in our house. Very easy recipe. Coat fish in flour, then egg wash and then panko breadcrumbs. You can shallow fry or deep fry. Both are fine, but deep frying is easier. Remove from oil when breadcrumbs are a deep golden colour and place on kitchen towel to drain excess oil. Done! As for sauces, we like mayonnaise, but my 10 year old son and grandpa went for tomato sauce. Tartare sauce would be a good option.
