Dave-G
I picked up a tip this evening. Most of us would flash another driver if we saw them driving at night without his lights on, yes? Do so at your peril! Depending on where you live and local gang culture, you risk being run off the road or even pursued and shot at as "blooding" to get gang "respect" I'm taking this with a pinch of salt as it's only something I've heard - and it does not cost me anything to let them get nicked. In my opinion it is not worth the risk of finding out.
russuk
<sarcasm> This is completely true, and has nothing to do with the often repeated urban legand of the exact same format that continues to take up valuable bandwidth when people 'forward to all contacts when it hits their inbox. </sarcasm> http://urbanlegends.about.com/od/crime/a/lights_out.htm http://www.heggen.net/society/myth/urban_l.../headlights.htm http://www.breakthechain.org/exclusives/headlightflash.html http://en.allexperts.com/q/Urban-Legends-3...Lights-Hoax.htm http://www.snopes.com/crime/gangs/pullover.asp http://www.snopes.com/horrors/madmen/lightsout.asp PS. This girl (who i personally don't know) says she was in *INSERT YOUR LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE* and walking in front was a group of asian/Irish/Arabs/Basque separatist/Cornish nationalist guys. One of them dropped his wallet so she immediately picked it up and chased them to return it. Apparently, this man was so thankful of her honesty, he said to her.. "Here's a tip, stay out of *INSERT YOUR LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE* next month, because after that, it wont be here"! Honest, guv.

Guest The Outlaw
The problem is that one day some bunch of natures misfits will read this somewhere out there and make it a reality. Do we warn people until it happens or warn people until some idiot does it, bit of a catch 22. Tony
Floating Chamber
Oh! What a strange world it is in which we live! (Carefully not ending a sentence with a preposition!) Floating Chamber
Tis the Season of much silliness and strange urban legends. Too true! And what is that big star doing, hovering over that Inn; I'll ask these three guys, when I've wiped this camel poo off my Hunters.
