After avery labour intensive weekend which included pumping off not only my own gas well but my neighbors aswell, I decided a nice savory breakfast was in order.

A little bit of Cajun Shellfish Stew

The stock is made of potatoe water, carrots, onions, cajun spices, fresh parsley and the wine & garlic bath that contains all of the dripping from the steamed fish and shell fish.

As for the main ingrediants, hmmmmmm....chunked tilapia, lobster tails, black shrimp, scallops, mussels, baby potatoes, chunked carrot, and parsley.

Well young Pav, having waited for 3 weeks for lobsters that you keep promising to catch I was forced to head to the fish market . What you see is a small 4 inch tail....something you can relate to I am told :big_boss:<_< ......however I still have a box of ice awaiting your contribution of live fresh caught lobsters at the local Fed Ex depot for over night delivery.

P.S.

How did you make out with Uncle Nick this weekend? :good:
