bgrangeb
thanks - wasnt aware about shoot warehouse or that the websites became blocked when you spell them out into ******* anyway of the camo nets which is the best to get??? the stealth 2ply one from the ukshoot warehouse or Stealth 'Ghost' Camo (-google it) Netting i will shoot mostly against clipped or rough hedges below head hight. But colour wise should i get a starter one thats general and then add a summer or winter net later to put ontop as i but them... as ill be shooting on very managed farmland there isnt much in the way of hills just a few trees and hedge rows so i really need something to back me up for dead grey or very green hedging... its just that all the camo nets on the web tend to look very unconvincing it hteir ability to conceal you as a convincing hide... thanks... Cranfield
We could start a huge debate about pigeons being colour blind and the experiments done with bright red road works plastic netting as hides.......................but we won't . I have heard good things about the 2ply net from UKShootwarehouse, but I have always used ex MOD green cammo, its heavier to carry (especially when wet), but its cheap and lasts for ever. bgrangeb
well to start i got one of those cheap plastic nets that rustle at 5' by 12', 12 pigon shells and 1 crow as a start, but if i keep the cheep one as an under layer then i can later get an old army surplups one but i really need a hide for 2 people and the plastic ones arent very convincing with all the die cut holes showing us up unless i fold it double when it becomes a one person hide.... so either next Camo Netting 2 Ply Stealth. or Deben Camoreal Netting - Woodlands. HAS anyone heard anything good about either one?

bgrangeb
that french forces one is kinda wierd with the big patches... so its between the stealth 2 ply with the black inner micro mesh ontop of a plastic camo net or that thick french patch one... thanks very much for such quick feedback btw ive been using bambo poles sprayed black with a hacksaw inch at the top put the net into is there a better way without 40pound sticks as the bambo wobbles loads
blackthorn
i started with washing line poles 3£ from most diy stoors, flatten the ends and cut to a point, then i got my mate to weld them, still got them, now use the ones from shoot warehouse
