wildoliver
Right I need to get a roll crimper sorted and the best price I can find them for is about £35 plus post. Which I think is a bit much for a piece of steel bar turned down on a lathe. However once I have one then I can start getting a few made up on the lathe to A: get some of my money back and B: get some other people the tool cheaper. Would anyone be interested in a roll crimping tool (12G) for about £20 posted? Oliver

wildoliver
Lol You cheeky ****! I'll do you a deal, Over and above what I pay for materials and the relation to do the work (probably a tenner for as many as I need) I'll charge £7.50 "profit" Should work out about a tenner for the tool tbh. I will be case hardening them though.

starlight32
I have made many of them- in every size except 28g All I can say be careful of your choice of stock material- You cannot just use carbon billet.
