Legal Question

The only time I have come across this was a matrimonial case....the high court judge at the royal courts of justice directed the assailant to attend a joint venue and pick up clothes and then not go back again.....this was in conradiction of a standing injunction in force at the time(the proviso being that he attended with police presence) so I suppose he was directed to breach the injunction.....at the end of the day it was a common sense approach by the judge(don't happen too often) and he got his gear and left without any grief taking place :good:
