ferretmanabu
What do you guys do with your shot pigeons? Just though it'd be intersting to know if you eat em, sell em or chuck em.

pigeon master
Hello guys, I eat as many as I can, they are full of top quality amino acids and loads of other great stuff to make you live longer. I think if we shoot them then we should eat them, I know we can not eat them all but I'm sure if you take a dozen of prepared breast to friends and family you should get rid of just about all of them. I love them, I have stopped getting loads of meat from the supermarket because me and the kids eat them, I am yet to convince the wife though. stirky
Ive been getting 10 pence each for mine, i am still happy with the price even if it covers the price of your shells i cant complain. Cut the pij breasts into thin strips add a couple of rashers of bacon, cut into thin strips, a good shake of black pepper, stir fry for a couple of mins, serve in a pitta bread, or a tortilla wrap, superb. Hawkeyedavey
I freeze mine and give them to my mates who have ferrets or hawks to feed. They keep me quite busy in the summer months when the hawks are malting out.

Most are leary about the shot. How did you do it?
