Salop Matt
Hay guys iv just sold my old Miroku O/U (12g) fixed choke which i had from the age of 15, i grew out of it a while ago but couldnt give it up as i was still shooting well with it and it was a good killing gun. So I am now looking for a O/U 12g multi choke at arround £600 - £700. (To be used as a all round gun) Brand wise am thinking: Browning, Beretta & Miroku, aslong as its in good nick age doesnt bother me to much. My quesion is, is there any specific models of the above guns you would recomend me keep my eye out for ?
Poacher
beretta 682, or silver pigeon, loads to choose from and you'll get most of your money back if you look after it.
WGD
If you liked your Miroku and shot well with it, why not go for a multi choke Miroku (MK38 or MK70). Should get a good quality SH one within your budget, I would have thought the Berettas would have been nearer a grand. gadgit
686 Silver pigeon, rather than a 687, should net you a minter for around £700 if you look hard. And as said will keep its value. Remember Beretta will kick a bit more than your Miroku, but lighter to handle.
Oly
I would go with wgd, if you shot well with the Miroku, go with the same again, love my MK38 Remember Beretta will kick a bit more than your Miroku, but lighter to handle. Not my experience, my Miroku is much more point'able and light in the air than any Berratta I have found, that said - it is a very personal thing. Andy W
The Berettas are a nice looking gun, I started off with a 686 but Mirokus fit me better, I particular like the mid bead.
